TERMS AND CONDITONS

TERMS
Unless prior credit arrangements have been made, all sales are cash or C.O.D. If credit has been established, our terms are net 30 days.

CORE INSPECTION AND RETURN
OFFSHORE AFTERMARKET CORES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN PLACE OF A GENUINE LEVY STEERING REBUILT PRODUCT.
Customers are able to determine eligibility for core credit on the spot. Check that the core is intact, has notbeen disassembled, has no visible signs of impact damage and turns freely from end to end with nolocking or “lumpy” feeling. Also check that the valve housing is not damaged at the input seal areaas a result of prior attempts to change the input seal.. Cores will be accepted on a one to one basis only, i.e. if a TAS65004 is purchased, only a TAS65004 core may be returned. In the event that a supersession has occurred, the superseded core will be accepted but the difference between the core prices will be charged back to the customer. CORES MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOX WITH A COPY OF THE PACKING SLIP ATTACHED TO THE RETURNING UNIT.

After 45 days, one half core credit will be available. No core credit will be issued on cores that are older than 90 days.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Completely rebuilt or new units are guaranteed by Levy Steering Centre to give proper service when correctly installed by a qualified technician and are guaranteed against defective workmanship and material for ONE YEAR if warranty terms are adhered to.
WARRANTY TERMS* There is no other warranty expressed or implied that will hold Levy Steering responsible for any other claims.* Levy Steering assumes warranty responsibility for its product only. * Levy Steering reserves the right to deny a warranty request for any of the following reasons: * Unit has been disassembled or tampered with in any way. * Excessive heat to the unit. * Threaded ports are stripped. * Studs or nuts have rounded heads. * Improper fluid used in system. * Any form of contamination found in system. * Failure caused by improper installation of defective related components. * Any signs of abuse or improper use. * Improper application.* This warranty does not cover any economic loss including (without limitation) payment for labour, loss of time or pay, inconvenience, storage, loss of vehicle use, vehicle rental expense, lodging, meals, other travel costs or any other related or unrelated costs.* All items returned for warranty consideration must be returned freight prepaid.

PRODUCT RETURNS
All returns must be authorized by Levy Steering Centre prior to return and must be in a perfect condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned freight prepaid. Special order and custom-built components are non-returnable.
