Customer Service
Our phones are manned from 7:00am to 6:00pm EST Monday to Friday to help our customers from coast to coast. Experienced personnel are ready to assist any customer needs. Extensive information databases enable our staff to respond with a prompt accurate answer.

Terms
Unless prior credit arrangements have been made, all sales are cash or C.O.D. If credit has been established, our terms are net 30 days.

Core Inspection & Return
Customers are able to determine eligibility for core credit on the spot. As long as the core is intact, has not been disassembled, has no visible signs of impact damage and turns, full credit will be issued. Cores will be accepted on a one-to-one basis only, ie. if a TAS65004 is purchased, only a TAS65004 core may be returned. In the supersession has occurred, the superceded core will be accepted but the difference between the core prices will be charged back to the customer. Cores must be returned in their original box with the core return tag attached to the unit or a copy of the packing slip must be attached to the returning unit.

  • After 45 days, one half core credit will be available.

  • No core credit will be issued on cores that are returned after 90 days.

Freight
All freight will be paid by Levy Steering Centre on outbound units providing they are shipped via regular ground freight and the carrier is an authorized Levy Steering Carrier. Air shipments will be prepaid by Levy but the customer will be charged the difference between the air and ground freight on the product invoice. Cores are to be returned freight prepaid by the customer. In the event that an unauthorized carrier is requested, freight will be sent collect. To qualify, orders must exceed $425.00 (excluding taxes & core).
