Levy Steering warrants all their products against defects in material or workmanship for one year from date of purchase.
We agree to repair or replace any products found to be defective due to failure of material or workmanship. This warranty will not apply to any products which fail as a result of operator negligence, or which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accidents and improper installation or disassembly.
We will not recognize claims for labor charges or any consequential damages under any circumstances. Our liability is limited strictly to the replacement of any products that shall have proved defective according according to our judgment.
We do not authorize any person or persons to assume for us any liability in connection with our products.
